If you'd like to join the engineering community as a drafting technician, you've come to the right place. For over 50 years, VCC has offered instruction in the field of drafting. Many drafters working in the lower mainland and throughout B.C. received their training at VCC, formerly VVI (Vancouver Vocational Institute). At VCC we believe the best way to prepare students for their eventual entry to industry is to simulate a working environment. Our instruction is based on projects similar to those you will see in industry once you have graduated.
